HYDROSTATIC PRESSURE TESTING UNITS

  • Test Pressures upto 2700 Bar
  • Explosion Proof
  • Compact Design & Portable
  • Gauges With Maximum Pointer

Whenever there is a need for pressure testing, in-plant or on-site, of any fluid component, piping, tank, etc.,   We have the solution.

The above standardised pressure testing units, which are built on aluminium profile frames, were designed with a focus on simple oreration, portability and cost efficiency.

All system components being used are of highest possible quality and performance with wide safety margins, providing long trouble free use.

The Test Units can be used for pressure testing, from very low pressures up to 2700 bar.  Higher pressure is available upon request.  The only requirements are, compressed air supply to drive the pump and water supply, as test media.   Water emulsion or hydraulic oil can also be used.

The standard units, listed below, cover a very wide range of applications.  However, should a different flow or pressure configuration be required we are always prepared to build customised units to meet your specifications.
