CEJN Series 985 is specially designed for industrial automations where our manufacturing connections can minimize costly downtimes due to repair-work or mold and tool changes. CEJN Auto-Couplings built into manifolds allow fast, simultaneous connection and disconnection of an unlimited number of lines for a wide variety of media. The unique patented design enables the couplings to be connected/disconnected under full working pressure. The high performing couplings and nipples have a working pressure of up to 300 bar and their Flat-Face, Non-Drip design ensures leak-free performance. Series 985 is made of steel and is suitable for hydraulic applications such as clamping and palletizing machines and automatic tool changing systems on machine tools. The Series has a wide choice of thread connections where G, Rc and NPT are available as standard. There are alternative ways of mounting by using separate thread connections. Special models using other materials are available on request.
The Series is also available in five other sizes: Series 915, 925, 945, 965 and 975. Brass versions are available on request.
